Our jerky is strip-cut, not processed or ground like most jerkys out on the market. We make it the old fashion way like they did in the Wild West. We don't use liquid smoke, we only smoke with white hickory chips. Our jerkys made from Top Round Beef which is one of the top six cuts of meat.
